Hi, I’m Kelsie, a wedding photographer based in the Midwest, born & raised in Michigan. I’ve been working full-time in the wedding & professional photography world for 5 years now, and it’s still surreal that this is my job. What started when I was little with my grandmas old digital Canon camera, awkwardly posed family photos, and random photos of flowers from her garden, turned into something much bigger! A career that lets me freeze real, raw, and wildly beautiful moments in time.

I’m endlessly inspired by golden hour light, belly laughs, foggy mornings, and how two people look at each other when they think no one else is watching. My style is true-to-color and film-inspired, nostalgic, and honest. I don’t just show up to take photos; I’m there to tell your story the way it felt. Every dress fluff, every tear, every goofy family memory, every tipsy dance floor moment. The big moments, the quiet ones, and all the little in-betweens that make your day yours.

Outside of weddings, I’m probably somewhere deep in the woods with my German Shepherd, Nala, who’s Six, energetic, and full of attitude. We hike all over Michigan and sneak in road trips when we can. I’m a big believer in good (Strong) espresso, good playlists - Fleetwood Mac, Hozier, Frank Ocean, & Chris Stapleton are always on mine. I love good food, cooking is my language, and I’ll never say no to a new kitchen experiment, a spontaneous farmer’s market haul, or a restaurant I have never tried before.

I’m also the friend who always brings snacks and a camera to almost every gathering. I romanticize life, and that’s exactly how I photograph it. I love documenting messy, magical, and perfectly imperfect moments. The kind of images you’ll look back on in

20 years and still feel.
